Shipping & delivery policy

We currently deliver across Egypt via cash on delivery (COD) or Visa card payment.

Delivery times:
- Cairo & Giza: 1-3 business days
- Other governorates: 2-4 business days

Payment options:
- Cash on delivery: pay the courier when your order arrives
- Visa: pay securely online at checkout

If you choose any of them , you can check your order before paying the courier at your door. We ask that any issue (wrong item, damaged product) be reported to us immediately so we can resolve it quickly.

Order confirmation:
We may call or message you to confirm your order before it ships. Confirming helps us deliver faster and avoid unnecessary delays.
