Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Returns at delivery:
Orders can only be returned at the moment of delivery, while the courier is still at your door. Once you've accepted and paid for your order, it can no longer be returned.

Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange an item (e.g. for a different size), you can request this within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please contact us at olddstarr@gmail.com or +20 103 646 9448 to arrange your exchange.

Please note:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for exchange
- Refunds are not available once an order has been accepted at delivery — only exchanges within the 48-hour window apply
